Erhan Raif

Co-Founder & Director of Nexera Advisory. Erhan Raif is a strategic advisor and board-level operator who spends his time helping founders, investors, and management teams build and scale ventures across banking, fintech, and financial services. With over 30 years at the leadership frontier of the UK, Türkiye, and Cyprus financial sectors — including CEO (SMF1) and Executive Director (SMF3) mandates under FCA/PRA regulation — he brings a rare combination of institutional credibility and an entrepreneurial instinct for spotting and building new business lines.
He advises shareholders, Boards and senior leadership teams on growth, transformation, strategic change and value creation, bringing a rare combination of board-level perspective, hands-on leadership and deep financial-services expertise.
Throughout his career, Erhan has led banks and major transformation programmes, built high-performing organisations, developed new business opportunities and advised on complex strategic initiatives. His experience spans banking, fintech, digital transformation, risk, governance and strategic partnerships.
Erhan works particularly well in situations where organisations are navigating change—whether pursuing growth, entering new markets, strengthening governance, transforming operations or evaluating strategic opportunities.
